Ackis Recipe List:
- Fix bug with reorganizing frame code
- Modified the dataminer to take a single table for special exceptions opposed to four different lists
- Started adding class exceptions to the exception list (ie: engineering helms)
- Dry-coded (Compiles with luac -p)
