When a mission returns an item, GarrisonComamnder appraises its value
using auction values if available from an auction management addon, or
using vendor price
When a mission returns a container or a token, GarrisonCommander
estimates possibile rewards for the current player specialization and
appraise them
In Mission Control, mission returning sellable items are included when
"gold" missions are requested
