Rename LastSpell<StatName> conditions to Last<StatName>.

Rename LastSpell<StatName> conditions to Last<StatName>.

This makes the names of those script conditions slightly easier to
remember and use (at least for me) and less awkward to type.

Also make CritChance a direct alias of SpellCritChance since that is how
it's implemented.
