burst haste buff is no longer named "bloodlust".

burst haste buff is no longer named "bloodlust".

It should be referred to as "burst_haste", "bloodlust_aura", or
"heroism_aura".

Add bits to the default shaman script so that Alliance shamans are told to
cast Heroism at the right time.
