Several updates, fixes and additions.

ADDED: ChatManager now stores the last used channel and target.
ADDED: Due to how kicking is handled, issuing !kick will now display a confirmation dialog.
UPDATE: Updated CommandManager to reflect changes made to PlayerManager.Kick
FIXED: GroupTools.IsGroupFull should now use correct amount of group members.
FIXED: Kicking should now work.
