Remove references to tank scripts from Ovale documentation.

Remove references to tank scripts from Ovale documentation.
At this point in the Ovale life cycle, it is primarily concerned with
converting SimulationCraft profiles into scripts, and the SimulationCraft
profiles are really only generated for DPS classes and specs.
Also remove reference to Fluid Druid kitty forums as the script there is
maintained within Nerien's Ovale Scripts.
