Subject: [PATCH] Defaults changes. Put most of the stuff to disabled by
 default Tweaked some positions and put some of Elv's
 settings (those that can't be deleted from our profile) to
 be same as in original. Deleted everything preset based
 like my settings for font sizes and nameplates settings
