### Description ###
1. This is a part implementation of the ALICE chatterbot engine in lua
2. You can use '/arr' to enable/disable automatically reply
3. You can say 'calc+equation'(like 'calc100+2^10') on whisper or general channel to calculate
4. It will not send anything to yourself
