Functions available to developers in gaCore:
    gaCore.displayAnnouncement(prefix, channel, text, sender);
        prefix - string - The prefix that determines where the message should be displayed
            GAnnoEF - Message is shown in UIErrorsFrame
            GAnnoRW - Message is shown as a raid warning
            GAnnoPop - Message is shown as a popup
            GAnnoSct - Message is shown in Blizzard Scrolling Combat Text
            GAnnoSnd - Sound is played
        channel - string - The channel the message originated from
            GUILD
            PARTY
            RAID
            BATTLEGROUND
            WHISPER
            SYSTEM - Use this for all local messages, does not require a sender
        text - string - The message to be displayed
        sender - string - Player the message originated from
        printchat - boolean - Whether or not the announcement should also be shown in DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME
            true - Show in chat (default if omitted)
            false - Don't show in chat

Other notes:
    * Prefix a sound path or ID with the at symbol (@) to prevent it from showing a message in the chat window, even if the user has verbose mode enabled.  Use with care.  This breaks backwards compatibility prior to version 0.8.1.  Users may override this option, but not by default.
    * Prefix a sound path or ID with the pound symbol (#) to have the sound played even while game sound is muted.  This breaks backwards compatibility prior to version 0.8.1.  Users may override this option, but not by default.  If also using the @ symbol, ensure that this one is placed after it.
    * It is highly recommended to use paths for sounds, as ID's can change between patches.
